Personal support through your organisation
Some organisations arrange Life and Loss support for the people they look after. If yours does, they will give you a referral link or tell you how to reach us.
What personal support includes
- Practical guidance on what needs to happen, and when.
- Independent information about your choices and their costs.
- A person from our team to talk things through with you.
Checking if you are eligible
Personal support is only available when an organisation has arranged it for you. The quickest way to find out is to ask:
- your employer's HR or employee benefits team
- the hospital bereavement office, ward or care team
- your hospice or care provider
- your local council
Ask them: "Do you offer Life and Loss?"
How to get support
- Check with your organisation
They will tell you if they take part. - Use the link or details they give you
This takes you to the right place to ask for support. - Our team gets in touch
We will contact you in the way you prefer.
